HIKING AND WORK OUT SESSION WITH MY #SQUADACIKFIT!

Previously I had introduced my #squadacikfit. They are not just ordinary makcik or aunties. They are my support system in staying sane and productive. Usually we will go out like once in a month for a hiking session. Since we are all categorized as aunties, so we will choose a place not so far to hike so we can go home to our kids after 3pm. No no no… I hate hiking but I love outdoors sports and get-to-gather session with my girls. So my girls are my priority way more than hate-hiking-feeling. Duh~

Before Covid-19 pandemic hits Malaysia, we will have out workout session together at least once a week. A healthy life style is very important for a balance life. We did high intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts like tabata, piloxing, knockout, kick boxing and some other not so high intensity workouts like zumba and yoga.
