Job Responsibility:
Managing and implementing MS ISO 9001: 2015, Strategic Planning, Client's Charter, and Star Rating System (SPB PBT) for Majlis Perbandaran Sepang. This position also requires recording the minutes of internal departmental meetings. In addition, it is necessary to be involved indirectly with MyPortfolio, the Ekosistem Kondusif Sektor Awam (EKSA), and also the Innovation team of the Majlis Perbandaran Sepang.
Achievement:
I. Successfully obtained an EXCELLENT certificate of recognition from MAMPU for EKSA practices until 2022.
II. Successfully gathered information and prepared the Majlis Perbandaran Sepang's Strategic Planning book for the year 2021 – 2030

Job Responsibility:
Preparing paperwork and managing all activities and documents related to each event held. Representing Majlis Perbandaran Sepang during meetings and discussions with stakeholders to establish cooperation and good relations in ensuring that all the programs held run smoothly. In addition, this position also requires active involvement in programs held internally as well as with external agencies.
Achievement:
I. Successfully created videos showing interesting places and restaurants to be visited in Sepang in conjunction with promoting Visit Sepang 2020.
II. Successfully managed the Malaysia Tour program in Langkawi Island, Penang Island, and Kota Kinabalu in conjunction with promoting Visit Sepang 2020.
III. Successfully managed the Work Field Visit program by the Yang Dipertua Majlis Perbandaran Sepang & Pegawai Daerah Sepang together with the Head of the Departments in Majlis Perbandaran Sepang to promote Sungai Sepang Besar Tourism Products in conjunction with Visit Sepang 2020.
IV. Successfully manage to hold the Visit Sepang 2020 Pre-launch program at Gateway @KLIA2.
v. Successfully managed the official launch program of Visit Sepang 2020 at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).
V. Successfully established good cooperation with stakeholders such as Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB), Segi Astana Sdn. Bhd (Gateway@klia2), Cyberview Sdn. Bhd., IOI Group, MFMA Development Sdn. Bhd. (Mitsui) and many more including local entrepreneurs around the Sepang district in conjunction with Visit Sepang 2020.

Responsible for processing payment for cleaning work by contractors including preparing BP/LO for contractor payment purposes. Assisting in preparing and reviewing the annual budget for the department, preparing departmental memos, and preparing official letters of appointment, and termination of cleaning contractors under Majlis Perbandaran Sepang. This position also requires preparing paperwork for programs related to cleaning and waste disposal and other large-scale programs involving external agencies. Handling calls, complaints, and issues related to cleaning services before being handed over to the responsible officer.
